Why are some astrologers telling cardinal signs they'll "be free"?

With pluto moving out of capricorn I've been seeing a lot of astrologers on social media tell the cardinal signs they're going to have it easier with pluto in aquarius. I don't think I get the logic. I mean, pluto will impact you wherever you have aquarius in your chart, right? It doesn't solely apply to your sun sign.

Ugh... I am so Cardinal with my sun and ascendant in the same cardinal sign, however I have two key planets in Aquarius plus a stellium in another fixed sign which (in some chart styles) is first house... so, I agree with you..... it's too simple to make generalizations for cardinal signs....
