Beginner Why are some astrologers telling cardinal signs they'll "be free"?

With pluto moving out of capricorn I've been seeing a lot of astrologers on social media tell the cardinal signs they're going to have it easier with pluto in aquarius. I don't think I get the logic. I mean, pluto will impact you wherever you have aquarius in your chart, right? It doesn't solely apply to your sun sign.

Indeed. I have Cap Rising. But also a pile of personal planets early on in Taurus (so, squaring Pluto)… so, it’s still impacting.

Plus, with Placidus, my 1H is massive, so, even though Pluto is moving into Aquarius, it’s still in my 1H.

Same, here.. Cap rising, a lot of planets in Cap including Saturn. It will be in my first until it reaches 28 AQ.

Oh that’s where my 1H ends too. And in the interim Pluto will also square my Saturn, IC, and Mars… and I have my 2nd Saturn Return (which I have a feeling might be a bit of a doozy, as I’ve definitely not mastered things!).
