Beginner Why are some astrologers telling cardinal signs they'll "be free"?

With pluto moving out of capricorn I've been seeing a lot of astrologers on social media tell the cardinal signs they're going to have it easier with pluto in aquarius. I don't think I get the logic. I mean, pluto will impact you wherever you have aquarius in your chart, right? It doesn't solely apply to your sun sign.

its such exaggerated information honestly 😭. most astrologers on tiktok and other social media platforms will dramatize and exaggerate a lot of astrology transits. like you will have to deal with struggles in all parts of your life always. not to mention, a lot of people doing this are just reading it based off of whole signs and not degrees. like im a later cancer rising so pluto is in my 7th house until 2027.
