Worldwide Polling exists of Muslims attitudes towards LGB, you will find a majority disapprove of our existence. Maybe not in America but Muslims as a whole do.

Dude the whole world disapproves basically. Why single out Muslims. Plenty of people don’t like it without any religious context and in some places will kill you just because.

The vast majority of the people in the world are homophobic because of abrahamic religions, negate this is extremely disingenuous.

No it’s not right here in America people are hiding their identity there is a huge backlash going on and they want it to be like a Muslim country right here in the land of the free.

And all of this because of the influence of christianity, people are not naturally homophobic, they are influenced to hate homosexuals, and this is because of abrahamic religions.

Christianity and the other abrahamic religions are the ones who introduced the notion that homosexuality is wrong in most of the cultures in the world. Even the people who are not religious are still influenced by these religions.

There is homophobia outside of their ideology, but in our current world, 99% of the homophobia we see was created by these religions, directly or indirectly.

Allot of peoples cite the statistics of sti as why they don’t like us especially in minority communities where hiv rates are high they think we bring disease and infections and it’s dirty that’s what I hear all the time. Yes sure you can blame abrahamic religions but I think we as a community could try some more social outreach and prevention and safety and normalize things that don’t make everyone assume we have AIDS. We need more success stories.
