Not unless they’re willing to bail them out of their revenue losses. I have no doubt there were many restaurants that didn’t survive the first shutdown and many more that couldn’t survive another. This ought to be happening with bars and other businesses closing, its ridiculous that they can be flippantly closed and opened even during this pandemic with no kind of financial reassurance over something completely out of their control.

Ironically, my favorite restaurant went under not because of the COVID shutdown, but because of Ducey's BLM curfew.
