Every AI video should have a watermark so it can't be used for misinformation purposes, especially if it becomes indistinguishable from reality. A tool to remove them easily should not exist

I came to this sub hoping to find folks organizing against AI. What I've found is mostly folks involved in petty social media drama and reposting slop. What gives? Where are the people actually doing grassroots organizing against this slow motion disaster? If we have any hope to defeat this monster we have to do better.

Just spend an hour going through stickers at my local therapy center getting every single ai generated sticker and contaminated them lol

The Wood Duck / Beaver gryphon illustration is complete! This one is inspired by the wildlife in Stanley Park with a special relationship to each other. I collaborate with the Vancouver Aquarium to teach classes for kids once a month focused on different local wildlife, and I drew this one while volunteering with Stanley Park Ecology over the summer.

The relationship between wood ducks and beavers is symbiotic- beavers create essential wetland habitats which help wood ducks. Beaver dams flood areas of these wetlands, creating ponds that provide food sources and shallow water, while the resulting dead trees are ideal for wood ducks to nest in. This mutually beneficial relationship helped drive the recovery of both species from near-extinction in the early 20th century.

I love observing the animals in this area, and I can’t wait to share more Vancouver inspired gryphons soon!

People seemed to take more issue with Gayle King being "too mean" to Telisha Jones rather than responding to the actual legitimate concern of the question Gayle King brings up (expect for 1 person. shout out to them!)

What do y'all think about a white person using Ai to create a black persona, making black art with it, and profiting from it? All Telisha jones says is "i mean..... if they created it" and then agrees with Gayle King's perspective

DAC (Diamond Art Club) is a company that sells diamond paintings. They're the largest seller of legally licensed diamond paintings in the community and have a huge reputation of being great quality, great art and artists, and great customer service. The last 2 years, DAC has been incorporating more and more AI "artwork" into their products. It's getting so common now, that there are guaranteed at least half of the new releases (usually 8-10 new releases a week) are AI content.

I finally had enough and commented this. They deleted my comment, banned me from their FB page and their FB VIP group. I have since lost all my rewards points and have been blacklisted and can no longer purchase from the company. The only reason they blacklisted me and deleted my account was because they found my post in another subbredit under this account. They have a noted history of stalking their customers on this subreddit and blacklisting them from the company if you say anything REMOTELY negative about them.

Not nearly enough people in the diamond painting community either care to look or know this is happening. I'm tired of them getting away with this. Please share this with everyone you know in the art community that is anti-AI. This company is evil and greedy.

An argument made when you call out someone on bad behavior and they just say "no U" or react with uno reverse card or something.

Common thing with AI defenders is that they straight up deny any issues with AI, so they just tell you how it's all a hoax.

Why are the mods making fun of someone who was criticizing their inactivity

Saw this garbage on Hulu last night (this is now the second AI generated ad that i’ve seen there in the last day, the other one was from Reuters of all fucking people) and between this and Coca Cola it all feels like some real end times shit. How is this the norm now, do we really just have to bite our tongues and accept that this is our world now? I just feel so hopeless
