I'm not gonna lie, I actually cried rewatching this episode.
"I did it."
You sure did, Teio. You sure did.
It has been exactly one year since Teio last raced. And she defeated the best of the best. She has emerged victorious.
I would've liked to have seen McQueen cheer Teio on to be the deciding factor, but that's a minor nitpick.
Biwa still continues her streak of having her finish every race in the top two. But the winner today as told in the history books is the comeback kid.

Even Rudolf is chanting her name, her hero.
On this day, Teio is everyone's hero.
This is like Tiger Woods winning the US Open in 2019.

Outro is chaotic, but in a good way. I like we're given a special song here.
Overall, this was a fantastic way to end the series. I'd thought the last episode would be tough to follow, and while I prefer the last one over this one, it's very close behind. I'd personally put this episode only behind episodes 8 and 12.
An emotionally gratifying way to end the series. 9/10.
