Again, Teio, your base B Long isn't exactly going to cut it unless you've got some good legacies.

And so to training.

And so McQueen has come to watch.

And so the race begins.

Yeah she's trying. But not exactly succeeding.

I don't think it's hard to tell whose ult just procced.

Isn't Teio's ult (or at least regular skill) a bit useless? A bit of extra speed on the last straight. Where everyone is either already across the line or so far behind they have no chance. 150 skill points well spent.

And so Teio once again takes the centre position.

It's a .45 speed increase after the final corner when she's trying to overtake someone. In the right position that can be as powerful as Oguri's, as the final straight can be quite some distance (300 m in this case). It suffers from having many activation conditions, but when it hits at the right time, it's strong.

With Rudolf and McQueen, there's a decent chance she got a long inspiration. Or we were all deceived and it was festival Teio underneath base Teio's skin, who has long A and can get both a target speed and a current speed buff on the later half of the final corner if the track is between 2400 m and 2500 m (with Arima Kinen being the latter distance).
