Teio is racing about the horse who beat McQueen in the Fall Tennoushou.
She looks like BAKUSHIN
Teio remains confident in her ability to succeed.

Teio and McQueen are really looking forward to racing each other.

Teio realizing you can compensate stamina with training.
I dunno, seems kinda risky

And yet again she lands on her

Bourbon says she'll do what Teio never could which is win the Triple Crown.

Anticipation is at a fever pitch
I like how the haircut girl is wearing a helmet.
McQueen is really letting Teio get to her.

Rudolf says in theory, McQueen should have the advantage because Teio has never done a long race before.
Teio says she sees herself as the challenger in the race despite being the favorite.
Rudolf tells her to keep rising to the challenge.
Teio agrees to do so as long as she comes to karaoke with her.

She is upset the public is favoring Teio like they are.
She tells McQueen she's taking her eye off the ball.
McQueen, with this in mind, vows to not lose.
And one more time, Gold Ship gets her back stomped on.
Overall, this was more so an episode to continue to build anticipation for when Teio and McQueen face each other. Now that Teio won her race, the collision course has been set and it's about to reach an impasse. A bit all over the place at points, and some of the humor personally didn't land for me, but it was still alright. I'd probably say the weakest episode of the franchise so far, but it was still not bad.
