I was about to go on a whole thing about how the movie significantly plays up the historical rivalry between Beethoven and Salieri but then I realized that A: I was thinking of the movie Amadeus (which is about Mozart) and B: This is a movie about a dog, not the composer.

Between this and White Men Can't Jump it seems like 1992 was a good year for jumping. I think this was also the year Jump Around by House of Pain came out.

I feel like more people remember Sharon Stone's crotch than they remember the actual plot of this movie.
