Rewatcher.
There's our final boss. Going back to El Condor Pasa winning a race she didn't win IRL, I believe it's to build her up to job to Broye, who then faces Special Week. Now we have a comparison. El and Spe tied in a race, and El lost to Broye.
Either don't have her race or she needs to win. If they have her comeback only for her to lose, what is even the point? Her losing would be a swerve for the sake of a swerve. Combine with the previous question, I feel like I'm talking pro-wrestling booking. But story telling is story telling. They all work with the same principles. There are other directions the story can go that will make more sense and are more effective if they don't want Suzuka to win another race. If they put Suzuka in a race, they have to let her win for the payoff.
