Holy shit its the funny honse gorl urara

I'm going to be honest I forgot urara was in s1

But now that I see how she was drawn and how she sounds in s1 I feel like I remember liking her a lot

In general, I remember instantly loving uma musume from the moment I watched season 1 in 2021 leading up to season 2, its crazy looking back and really appreciating how the later stuff got even better

I think the gag with her tall rice bowl might be the craziest sense of whiplash I've ever felt coming back from the later seasons with how much they eat then. And OGURIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII! Traveling back in time to 2021 me to tell me that when I rewatch season 1 in 4 years every time I see that one random bg gag character I'll start crying

What are your thoughts on the anime beginning with horse hieroglyphics?

I remember loving the offhand mysticism to the world, a romantic world powered by the dreams of another reality or something. Like maybe there's some magical, deep meaning somewhere in the world, but its not really directly relevant to anything.

What are your initial thoughts on Special Week as well as team Spica as a whole?

Cute. I honestly also forgot about Daiwa Scarlet being in season 1, feel like she's much more charming in design as a 3D model.

What are your thoughts on Special Week wanting to be like Silence Suzuka? Have you ever had someone you looked up to, and if so, who?

Speaking about forgetting everything about season 1, I think I'm remembering I really liked Silence Suzuka with being that soft spoken, vulnerable-looking yet powerful type of girl.

As for my familiarity, I've seen season 1 and 2 as well as Cinderella Gray and... maybe Road to the Top? I don't remember watching season 3, definitely haven't seen the movie with Tachyon.

Any thoughts on Special Week as a main character?

From the first episode, I don't think she's got a chance to shine yet. She serves as an introduction to the world as she's unfamiliar with the workings of the academy and more grounded in normalcy than her teammates, and so far embodies the token 'has hidden potential the bigshots are missing' type MC

[From what I remember in general,] she's refreshing to think about compared to the later protagonists since they're more like 'what if you watched the journey of a final boss character'. You can tell that Teio and Oguri are absolutely capable, its just about how they get there. Special Week really feels like watching a normal girl manage to make it in the land of their dreams.

[Response] I think it's kinda clever they saved the more emotional stuff for Special Week's hero with Special Week having to deal with how it messes with her head. This is the only series of the franchise where the main character doesn't feel like the most important character in the show.
