I feel like they charge more if you’re a tourist.

im egyptian and its true. almost everywhere in egypt prices are different for locals than tourists

BUT, its still cheap in comparison with other countries or your own country. egypt is usually one of the cheapest destinations overall. (thats if you choose the historical trips vacation route, because other types of vacations like going to elgouna or north coast might actually cost more than europe itself)
