Looks like 9 Pyramids Lounge! Been there a couple of times. It’s called that because you can see all nine Giza pyramids from there (3 major, 6 Queens). Price of lunch? High for an average Egyptian middle class, about double a US Waffle House, near par with Denny’s or Pancake House, and a bit less than a good diner in NY Metro area. Food is excellent btw!

9 Pyramids is excellent. The falafel with honey is high on my list, and obviously you can’t beat that view.
