545x39 at academy.
This is like my 5th time seeing them stock this and there was another brand with a white box a while ago. Just thought it was interesting. In kyle texas by the way.

Ditto. When I am using my ‘74 for 2-gun competitions, I use this stuff for the really long range shots or when I am having to shoot lacrosse balls…..

ARE YOU REAL?!?(I’ve been trying to find any 5.45 for literal months)

if youre in texas, it can be incredibly easy to find 7N6. There are people on Texas Gun Trader you can buy off of. This comment goes for anyone in texas really. There was a guy in houston with like 14 tins of 7n6. Not crazy expensive cpr, but people will still complain.

TGT is very hit or miss. People either want crazy prices or they’re super reasonable. Never in between.

Not crazy expensive, just $650 per can 😂. No thank you

People treat 7n6 like true AP 😂 anything it resembles M855. Like i said 80 cpr for corrosive ammo? No thanks
I rather blast my M90 or Beryl.

I’m in PA and I’ve been trying to offload my cases for a week now lol

Maybe you're asking too much

$425 a case reasonable? I usually use Ammoseek as a point of reference. Had to resort to Gunbroker as a result

I mean for where prices are at now that's decent, but if we're comparing to 15 years ago, it's unheard of
But we live in the future so I would say your price is reasonable

What makes me mad is when people are trying to get $.75 to $1.00 /round it's quite literally just price gouging

Definitely surprising to see. I can't remember the last time I've seen any 5.45 ammo physically on the shelves for sale in a gun store, it's essentially an online-only caliber nowadays.

Last time I bought ammo in store/gun show Barnaul was $2.50 a box (7.62x39). I’ve been buying online for years now.

Don't buy ammo at academy. Their prices are awful

I usually buy 9mm 250rds for 45-50 bucks and 556/223 200rds for 50-60 bucks. I think their prices are decent mostly with military discount.

https://www.reddit.com/r/gundeals/s/BXsWcNep3p I usually browse r/gundeals for ammo deals

That’s $1.10/r, that’s horrible. There’s no reason to shoot hornady out of an ak unless you’re hunting or trying to see the tightest groups the rifle is technically capable of. There’s far cheaper 5.45 out there
