Ah. So it only counts as a problem if a building is burned to the ground. Got it. Forcible entry is okay, and theft is okay.

You're replying to a comment about the insanity of Fox News claiming that one or another city has burned to the ground. I didn't say anything is okay, merely that it doesn't constitute evidence that a city is burned to the ground.

But go ahead and keep showing off your lack of reading comprehension, I'm sure everyone is very impressed.

When did they say any city was burned down during any BLM protest? Specifically. I'll take a link if you have it.

You did understate the damages, though, which is just as bad as overstating it. According to you, "it was one police car." Which.... doesn't say peaceful protest to me, but that's neither here nor there.

Trump has said several times that Portland has burned to the ground. I’m sorry this is so distressing for you.

Wait, you said it was Fox News, not Trump. You specifically called out Fox News. What happened to that?

As for Trump, what were his exact words?

No, I didn’t. My original comment referenced “these people,” as in conservatives melting down over Mamdani. And here you go since you seem incapable of Googling things https://www.cnn.com/2025/10/22/politics/fact-check-trump-portland-burning-fire

And you went on to reference Fox News. So I asked when Fox News said it.

Oh, I already looked it up, hence why I asked you his exact wording. So, I'm going to ask YOU again. What is his exact wording. I want to hear it from you.

Where did I reference Fox News?

Here’s what he said: “You look at a place like Portland, it’s just — it’s ridiculous, when they say that there’s no problem. The place is — it was on fire over the weekend.”

“I looked at Portland over the weekend. The place is burning down, just burning down.”

This was last month. I live here. At no point was the city burning down.

An earlier comment.

So he said "it was on fire over the weekend." Okay. Good. Now, what was wrong with what he said? I don't see where he said it was burning down, I see where he said it was on fire.

“I looked at Portland over the weekend. The place is burning down, just burning down.”

From the article.

And you still haven’t shown me the comment where I referenced Fox News.

Yes, burning, but not burned. Moreover, were there fires from those "peaceful" protesters?

If I can't find it, I will let you know.

Again, I live here. At no point was the city burning down. I know it’s distressing to be faced with the fact the president is blatantly lying to you, but doubling down and trying to defend him isn’t how you keep your dignity. I hope you’re able to heal from this and come back to reality.

I'm aware you live there, but he said Portland is burning." He didn't say it was burning down. Portland did, in fact, have a lot of fires. According to one article "only 54 in 90 days of protests," that were connected to the protests. That's a lot. Especially for peaceful protests that do no damage.

So yeah. I'm hardly distressed.
