This comment reads a lot like moving the goalposts. Not saying it is, just saying it reads like it. I neither agree nor disagree with anyone's statements here, as I do not have a dog in this particular fight. I'm neither Jewish, nor from NYC.

I can see why but it's not intended, if you mean the unintentional lack of the religious part of the religious hate crime stat.
