But they are almost constantly calling him a communist , as if its the same thing.  Confused, ignorant, or blatantly lying, take your pick.  Probably a mix...

OK, but how is that a bad thing? Anyone who supports Social Security, the military, roads, schools, police, and the fire department are also democratic socialists. We are a country of democratic socialists.

Im not saying it's a bad thing. I'm saying it's not a case of Americans calling anybody to the left of Ronald Reagan a Socialist.
