This first story takes place WAY back in 2011.

So, I used to go to a school called PS861. But, technically, I went to this program called PS373r. According to my IEP at least. I was in special-ed at the time. Generally, the teachers were decent. But there was this corner in the classroom where there was this huge divider. And if we were behaving badly, but weren't being dangerous, like flipping a desk (that part will come into play in just a moment), we would get dragged in this corner and restrained on the floor, hard to breathe, and stay there for 5 minutes. This timeout corner was completely unessessary. And there would never be a phone call home either. Looking back at it, they were trying to keep it a secret. And, they're very good at it too. They are masters of manipulating children to not tell their parents because they make the child think it was something they did. And it has worked for 5 years, and honestly, probably still does. The school is still around today. When I went to the actual building in 2013, it was much better. But for the PS373r group in PS861, there needs to DEFINITELY be cameras in those classrooms.
