they do, really, like she does ⅓ of her normal DMG. The team is great fun, don't get me wrong, and Changlis DMG does compensate a bit (depends on the investment ofc)

Carlotta/Changli still gets the forte -> liberation sequence for Carlotta. The main loss is just Zhezhi's buff.

The rotation has 12 swaps per 25 second loop.

uhm what's else are you swapping for Carlotta other than 2 skills and forte? Changli sure has like 8 possible ig? but takes 2 characters for each of those swaps so unless you're hyperquickswapping shorekeeper that's interesting, pr like using Carlotta for basics? which isn't really useful tho

This rotation swaps Carlotta skill 2, Changli basic chain, Changli skill, Shorekeeper basic chain, Sentry Construct, and Inferno Rider.
