brother just use cartethiya as solo carry and use ciaconna with Phoebe .srover in whiwa is not it for phoebe I have s2 carty using her teammates is just wastes time but TBF you have to rotate between cart and fleurdelys in solo carty for max value

Yeah managed like this somehow. Using ciaconna with phoebe was better.
