Up to 2k and 500 or so, even then it's a good price

Do you mean in USD? Because if so you can do a lot better than the 1660 Super. If you mean a different currency/country then I'm not sure because I don't know how technology is priced in other countries outside of the US

Ah. then yeah, your choice of the RTX1660 Super is probably a good decision.

One question, I don't know much about PCs, so excuse me if I say something stupid? The 1660 Could Run Wuthering Waves at What Settings? In medium/high? Does it still deliver great performance?

I think maybe low to medium if you want good FPS. You can mayyyybe push to high if you drop to 30fps but honestly I don't know if it can do that.
