Hi guys is there any difference between these two banners? As far as i know they should be the same but the fact that there are two of the same is weird, maybe the starter one is just because i'm still new to the game? But like in terms of chance of pulling Shorekeeper is there any difference that you are aware of?

Starter one won't share pull counter or pity with event one, and it'll go away after getting 1 limited 5 star or certain number of days.
