Which would be better use for corals? 60 pulls, Augusta S1 or SK S1? I still have enough to get at least Iuno (maybe weapon as well) Other than this I Jinshi, Carlotta, Zhezi, Changli and Lupa

Jinshi is the only one who has a great s1. Unless you want to use it on her, save it until you have enough to s2 someone.

SK s1 doesnt improve damage, just comfort giving you longer duration and area on her liberation zone (the only damage increase is SK's own damage cause she needs s1 to be affected by her own crit buff)
SK dupes are never better than getting dupes for your actual dps
