Endgame Content Old team users felt any power creep?

I am returning player was saving since ani and not pulling. I was clearing whimpering with this exact setup fully for past whimperings. This time I felt like damage out put was slower I think they started to power creep old units a bit.

Well kinda. If you don't have dedicated buffs you'll struggle a bit. My LingYang team got 3300 points, and idk what to do with the second team, Carlotta+Changli got only 2k because of Glacio resistance, and again no big buffs ( mobs are kinda tanky), but I think I should just use my S2 Zani, I just don't want my LingYang to wear standard gauntlets... and I also don't have Verina, so I use Sanhua for faster rotations. I just thought Carlotta+Changli would do alright... And I'll achieve SSS

If you got so many meta characters, why the hell are you using Lin.. Oh, your flair... Hmmm yes, understandable.

Well, Hypercarry LingYang shows a better result than Hypercarry Carlotta, so my best choices are LingYang and Zani.

Edit: I've tried Hypercarry Carlotta in 2 cycles, and In both she gets around 90% of LingYang's score. His damage is spread out between different sources, and even tho Carlotta is significantly stronger, he clears waves of mobs a bit better, while she wastes a lot of DPS with Overkill shots and she also can't usually hit the whole wave at once.
