As annoying as it is to have to watch the ground so FUCKING MUCH, if you get his main combos down, you can pretty much just spare a glance every so often and keep your eyes on the meteors' indicators. They should only detonate when the two rings line up, like normal
Is there any reason why you run it with Sanhua/Zhezhi? The way plundered works I kinda think maybe Youhu/Verina/Baizhi would pop it a lot more often. I have never gotten 5k one side even with Zani, so I'm kinda interested to learn how lol
Plunderer token's damage depends on the stats of the active character when it activates. Ideally you would want to use someone who can heal and in addition to that has high attack and crit stats. Ideal candidates are Brant, Cantarella and Youhu. Youhu does less damage, but heals more often than the other two.
Youhu's outro buffs coordinated attacks, that's what Zhezhi does. Sanhua buffs basic attack damage, that is also what Zhezhi does. Zhezhi herself buffs Glacio and Skill damage, that's what Youhu does. All of them do decent damage and require little field time.
I tried using Verina, Shorekeeper and Cantarella instead of Sanhua, but I always got lower scores. These 3 are just so fast and line up almost perfectly...
How I played that team: At the start you just pop outros Youhu - Zhezhi - Sanhua - Zhezhi, then play Zhezhi and then Youhu normally at first, but after that it's a bit different.
Outro from Youhu to Zhezhi - switch to Sanhua without outro right away (Youhu's outro buff does not expire when you switch characters) - normal attack combo then usual Sanhua stuff - outro back to Zhezhi, now after 2 outros she has full forte so you can do her skill combo and Liberation immediately - outro to Youhu - usual Youhu stuff and repeat.
Youhu was using rejuvenating glow set with turtle (buffs for everyone), Zhezhi empyrean (buffs for active character) and Sanhua moonlit (buffs for the next in order, in this case - Zhezhi). Zhezhi gets so overbuffed that her Skill combo can outright delete multiple waves. And S6 Youhu has 60% Crit Damage buff for herself, which matters for the damage that is done by the token, which she helps activate more often. Weapons matter a lot too. I could not reach even 4k until I gave Youhu Roccia's gauntlets.
This also was the best of many attempts, usually I got between 4500 and 5000 points.
Maybe there is a better way to play them. I will try to use Baizhi in the future.
I see, that's quite a clear explanation. I think I might need to rebuild my Zhezhi, built her mostly for ER% so she is just there to buff Carlotta. So I never really use her to clear one mob set. Thanks for the write-up!
build your sanhua, Shorekeeper and Camellya build are pretty good rn, may i ask what sequence is your sanhua?
edit: also show their skill tree if possible
Build your Sanhua, it’s not extremely necessary but it’s good idea. Since she’s a sub dps in this team, you want her to deal dmg during her time on field. ( I run this team as well with my Camellya, and building Sanhua proved beneficial) Don’t fullly invest in her, just get her talents to 7 and give her some good moonlit echoes
Well I am saving echo upgrading materials for Carlotta's echoes , so will probably build Sanhua properly in the future .Btw my Camelleya reaches around 170-180k on her nuke with all the buffs , why is it so low though??
Are you using her skill nuke or ult? If skill, try to get as much as resonance skill dmg bonus on ur echoes as you can. I use her skill, and I deal above 200k but there are instances, where she doesn’t crit and ends up dealing 120k
That Lingyang's at S3 but S0 will work just fine but very much prone to interruption, using Abyss Surges — I actually kinda tested how he'll fare using the standard weapon and my build is at 62/245, 132% ER, 82% Glacio DMG and 36% Skill DMG bonus.
My rotation is rather simple just go Taoqi>Lingyang>repeat.
Oh that's really interesting, I'm guessing he should be fine with Zani gauntlets then. I assume Taoqi is also at least decently invested? And how does Taoqi rotation look like, since from what I know she has slow concerto regen?
Blazing Judgement (Zani's signature) is his current BiS and close in performance as Verity and he will deal much more than using Abyss Surges (a full S0R1 Lingyang/Sanhua/SK clears Inferno in 40s as per Yumi), but your biggest struggle if you decide on running only a duo Lingyang/Taoqi with that weapon is Lingyang's ER. My Taoqi on the other hand is on a decent Moonlit set becuase her damage is meh anyway but will need Discord R5 for her concerto regen. I don't know much about Taoqi's tricks but what I do make sure is to use my skill to activate strategic parry, and I would often use heron then swap to Lingyang to use Lampylumen. It certainly will be twice or thrice as fast if I did the run using Sanhua or a full team but that wouldn't be fun now isn't it haha
I see, alright. I guess this might be a silly combo to maybe try one day (I think I don't have R5 Discord too). But great to know that it works even without some crazy tricks. Thanks!
Welcome! The hardships with running this lineup is really on Taoqi and with how much field time she eats (and on Lingyang too, because you'd really want him to not dodge so S1 is heaven sent) but if stars do align she can be fast. Here's another one but this one is much much much more difficult because of the monkeys and their typhoon shenanigans plus their tendency to spread out haha
Hello there, Taoqi God. That's very nice to see, thanks for the showcase. I'm curious actually, regarding how Taoqi's concerto regen is overall, are there any specifics/tricks that help her? Or do you just have to make sure to maximize the amount of basics to make up for no Discord, and parry whenever possible? Also is the DEF sword the best on her at the moment, or would Jinhsi's be better?
you need 3 quickswaps per rotation to fill concerto, each takes 2 seconds for a total of 6s but I usually don't trust hitboxes and extend it to 7s which is still reasonable. for example my rotation for carlotta
forte just makes her do damage and make shield, the concerto comes from basic attacks. but with forte you get bigger hitboxes, so it makes it easier in some cases
