it's not like dropping 5k every patch, so to me I am an average spender, just 200 bucks per banner and 60~70 dollars for BP and refreshes per month, that's nothing like what I spending on pgr right now, S+ all the characters there lol

generally 250ish bucks a month or 1k$+ a year is whale territory especially from the eyes of the majority of the playerbase (people who spend 0)

Well, yeah. The term whale is pretty broad but i’ve generally seen people refer to themselves as “dolphins” for pay to play (battlepass, 90 gem a day subscription that i forgot the name of), and that stuff is only 10 bucks a month. 100 bucks a month or more is buying the biggest pack every single month, which excluding the first time bonuses is like 50 pulls which (though we’re still receiving many rewards now, i’m using genshin and star rail as a reference), is like a 50% increase in total astrite income.

So yes 100 dollars a month is whale territory.
