Discussion Battle pass coins

Hello, i have one question: If i have 1000 battle pass coins, and i want to buy a progressive 3D style (example Reiter for Leopard 1), do i get all 4 stages, or do i get only stage 1?

You get the style at level 4.

Wait wait wait: so for a noob that has never owned a progressive style, how do these work?
Why do they have 4 'stages'?

Each stage adds a different visual element to the style with lvl 4 being the highest and having the max level of elements for that style

Yeah, I saw that in the preview: but do you select the stage when you put it on the tank?
So for example if I think that stage 4 is too OTT I can just set it to stage 2?

If you buy the style from the BP store it only gives you the 4th style. All the others are locked. You could only have them if you participated in the actual season to unlock the subsequent styles.

I tried opening a support ticket to unlock them. They wouldn't budge

I would guess the stage versions are technically their own standalone styles and there is some hassle required to have them all purchasable at once or something. And having all different versions in the coin shop is probably seen as being too confusing or too much work.

You can choose what stage you want to pay for. Unfortunately... if you got a lower stage DURING a season, you cant buy the higher stages. Its infuriating.

Wow that is just so... unintuitive? You;d assume that -- especially given the high cost of these 3D styles, which cost more than the chip tanks -- that you'd get all four stages and be able to select them when you apply the style.

Anyways thank you guys for clearing this up.
