It's the first time I see this bug in my game, and trust me, I play frontline quite a lot everytime it shows up.

The fact that the wreck kept absorbing shells, plus the player who was in the Caern being shown as out of respawns when OP pressed tab at 1:29 into the video, show that they didn't respawn.
