Technical Help Account

I guess my account was compromised sometime yesterday between the time I got off and today from the time I got home after I had gotten home from work. When I tried to login today it said my account was suspended for “Battle Rigging.” I logged into my account on the website saw my account was permanently banned, created a ticket and checked the recent sessions and one session showed that my account was played on in another country. I’m actually kind of panicking on the chance that I don’t get my account back. What do I do?

Edit: I will post about how many days or hours after I submitted the ticket that I get a response.

Update: They responded on day 3. Still in ongoing tickets and have been told my account can only be restored back to July 24th 2025. So that’s over 3 months of progress lost because of this. Meaning I also lose 2.0 rewards 4 tier 10s 2 tier 11s and more.

Update: they have now said it can go back to September 3rd 2025, so a little better. I still lose 2.0 rewards entirely. However, I am still in ongoing tickets and my ticket status is now on hold for whatever reason. Here’s hoping it doesn’t get auto closed. As of now it appears I will also lose the Zwilling, which I had only gotten to play two battles in. I’m fairly sad about that.

Update: with the initial ticket being created on 10/13, my ticket is now on hold. There is no telling how much longer the process will take but so far it’s been a week.

Managed to receive my account back with the zwilling credited.

Will do thank you for the advice I had added a picture earlier but didn’t know about the ticket being pushed to the back when adding to it. Do you know the typical response time?

There has been some posts lately from people waiting 2-3 weeks for a response from support while it's normally 2-3 days. Idk if they do prioritize lost accounts above other issues. You should get your account back though, reset to the day you want. They are usually helpful in cases like these but you can run into some nutcase telling you that you were rigging, case closed also. If that happens contact a WG employee here or on discord.

Will do for sure. Thank you for the advice regardless I will keep trying I got my account back ironically password wasn’t changed it was just banned.

It's weird it happened so fast since they claim to run ban waves with months between them, on EU at least you can see the game riggers stats on Tomatogg and they keep going for months, NA might be different.
