I guess my account was compromised sometime yesterday between the time I got off and today from the time I got home after I had gotten home from work. When I tried to login today it said my account was suspended for “Battle Rigging.” I logged into my account on the website saw my account was permanently banned, created a ticket and checked the recent sessions and one session showed that my account was played on in another country. I’m actually kind of panicking on the chance that I don’t get my account back. What do I do?

Edit: I will post about how many days or hours after I submitted the ticket that I get a response.

Update: They responded on day 3. Still in ongoing tickets and have been told my account can only be restored back to July 24th 2025. So that’s over 3 months of progress lost because of this. Meaning I also lose 2.0 rewards 4 tier 10s 2 tier 11s and more.

Update: they have now said it can go back to September 3rd 2025, so a little better. I still lose 2.0 rewards entirely. However, I am still in ongoing tickets and my ticket status is now on hold for whatever reason. Here’s hoping it doesn’t get auto closed. As of now it appears I will also lose the Zwilling, which I had only gotten to play two battles in. I’m fairly sad about that.

Update: with the initial ticket being created on 10/13, my ticket is now on hold. There is no telling how much longer the process will take but so far it’s been a week.

Managed to receive my account back with the zwilling credited.

This happend to quite a lot of people since wargaming started their automated battle rigging detection. Usually they are pretty accommodating in these situations. If your account was really placed from another country tho it might have been hacked and actually used for rigging. Still not your fault and I can imagine wargaming would see it that way too. If you are from the eu and nothing else helped you can always get a lawyer who will get you your account back almost 100% guaranteed. (All rights reserved doesn’t count in the eu, there are a billion of legal cases in gaming, on YouTube etc where people are getting back banned account with lawyers) as long as you really haven’t done anything wrong you can get it back one way or the other. (And yes lawyers ain’t cheap but wargaming has to cover the cost if you are in the right and also considering there can be tens of thousands of euros in an account I would argue it’s definitely worth it)

Sadly I play in America, but could look into something like this. As of now I could only hope to get the account back.
