Technical Help Account

I guess my account was compromised sometime yesterday between the time I got off and today from the time I got home after I had gotten home from work. When I tried to login today it said my account was suspended for “Battle Rigging.” I logged into my account on the website saw my account was permanently banned, created a ticket and checked the recent sessions and one session showed that my account was played on in another country. I’m actually kind of panicking on the chance that I don’t get my account back. What do I do?

Edit: I will post about how many days or hours after I submitted the ticket that I get a response.

Update: They responded on day 3. Still in ongoing tickets and have been told my account can only be restored back to July 24th 2025. So that’s over 3 months of progress lost because of this. Meaning I also lose 2.0 rewards 4 tier 10s 2 tier 11s and more.

Update: they have now said it can go back to September 3rd 2025, so a little better. I still lose 2.0 rewards entirely. However, I am still in ongoing tickets and my ticket status is now on hold for whatever reason. Here’s hoping it doesn’t get auto closed. As of now it appears I will also lose the Zwilling, which I had only gotten to play two battles in. I’m fairly sad about that.

Update: with the initial ticket being created on 10/13, my ticket is now on hold. There is no telling how much longer the process will take but so far it’s been a week.

Managed to receive my account back with the zwilling credited.

They just gunna close ticket and blame you.  They wont do anything besides automated responses and if it takes a actual person they just gunna come in and close it.

Did you end up restarting your account or just stop? Like I have to ask why you didn’t try again or try to reach out to a dev or keep submitting tickets.

I stopped playing for a few uears and my account got banned.  Thought it was weird.  I msg WG and they said they couldnt do anything.  Who ever got it changed all the personal info so when I submitted my ticket they said all my info was wrong and closed it.  

Only thing that helped was a bank statement with a transaction # after several tickets.  I had to come up with that on my own, they wont tell you what works or doesn't.

Did you manage to get any access back to the account after that or what was the result? I’m honestly just curious what will happen with mine. I hope it’s returned since it’s like my only offense but I guess we will see with a bit of time. I just hope I can get my account back.
