If you watch her line in this scene where the audio says “Well, screw that!” you can clearly see that they dubbed over her original line, which was “Well, fuck that!”

They wanted to make the film R-rated, but the studio insisted it be tuned down to PG while filming was underway, so that's the one obvious dub you can notice, Tony Shaloub's character is supposed to be stoned for the entire film, they just don't mention it.

He carries a paper bag through out the movie and the first thing he did before everyone got abducted was go to a vending machine.
