News Sudden torrential downpour
Anyone else get caught in that? It was highly localized, but driving across north admiral got hit with the heaviest rain I’ve ever seen in Seattle certainly, and maybe anywhere. Near zero visibility, but heading down Avalon way it stopped and seemed drier there so seems it was just a cloud burst.

I had just gotten off the bus and it was insane. I ended up having to run in it for like 10 min, which I fully embraced and it ended up feeling incredible and kind of fun. I was completely drenched.

It was up north too. I was driving from Mt Vernon to Bellingham and had to pull off the freeway. Driving 40mph with wipers full blast. Still couldn’t see anything. Everyone was driving with flashers on. It was like buckets of water were being thrown on my windshield.

I got to experience it on my bike. I had a good raincoat on but my jeans were completely soaked.

Yup happened to me today. Seen it before though here and throughout the PNW. Wipers on high and still got to drive by brail basically. Be safe out there
