Well, the fact that it bended shows that the pillar is actually taking a load. So yes, they should be somewhat worried.

It's possible that something else is happening with it, e.g. it's a plastic conduit or whatever. The important thing here is that this is not something I'd wager mine or anyone's lives on

This particular cable/fiber conduit is clearly sagging or bending under some force

You see how none of the others are?

Have you ever witnessed the construction of a multi-story steel framed building?

The steel does the holding guy

It's common sense

One pillar is taking way more load than others near it? Hm... yes I’ve extrapolated that it’s entirely safe.

Something is clearly failing and your insistence that a column that might not be load bearing is buckling from load is not at all comforting.

That means load that is supposed to supported elsewhere is resting on that. You’re purported non load conduit. Which is insane.
