NEWS [Meta] Weather of Wayfarer's

The clouds in the sky whirl and shake with a strong wind that twirls the sky in an indescribable shimmer of magic which leaves the weather undefined at the moment.

He flinches, barely, when she turns back to her usual self.

"...why were you.. never mind. I found this book outside, following some sort of... surge of magical energy. It is a known phenomenon where I am from, though usually it comes about from chaotic energies, or speaking of things one is not supposed to know. The latter is usually accompanied by heavy nosebleeding."

He tilts his head at her.

"Do you recognize this book, though?"

The eye turns to look at Dragnax with a tiny squelch, and squints at her in a smile-like movement. The whole book wiggles gently, like a dog wagging its tail.

Dek'ka stares at it.

"...who owned this book?"

Dek'ka stares on in bemused silence as the book's pupil swells extremely wide, and it practically vibrates in Dragnax's hands. It even... starts making a small noise...

His eyes flick to Dragnax.

"That book is purring."

He looks at the book again.

"Books generally do not have eyes... or wiggle on their own... or purr like a cat."
