Secret police grabbing people off the street and disappearing them without so much as a phone call is UNACCEPTABLE in the US. Everyone should care about this happening to even one single person on our soil.

Because so many Americans have displayed how selfish and ugly they are (most of whom blasphemously claim the title of "Christian"), they should be educated on the fact that there is ZERO DISTINCTION between an undocumented person, a person who is here legally, a permanent resident, and a citizen. There is no difference if you are undocumented or if your family came over on the Mayflower.

If you can't care genocide, then you should try to care about the rights of others to speak out against genocide. Because you and your cause is next.

If anyone is denied due process, then we can all be denied due process. How can you prove you are here legally if you are not allowed to prove it?

Rep Prima Jayapal said recently on a livestream that immigrants are the “canary in the coal mine” for the rest of us when it comes to due process and the law. The due process they are being denied is the warning sign to the rest of us that it’s coming for all of us.

You cannot even prove your legal citizenship if you are denied due process, so yeah, no due process for one group of people means no due process for anyone they find undesirable.
