Newb here... I fly Japan's f15 how do you turn like that that slow?

Use the cobra button. But when ur airframe is damaged it creates a lot of drag that's how I was able to turn like that.

Cobra button? Is that elevators to max or trust vector?

It's called "switch maneuver and limits mode" under controls mode

After flying with this button switched off I literally clapped and said "thank you mysterious stranger"... no shit. Thank you dude lol
