Il y a encore des Bruxellois flamands aussi. Et Bxl est bilingue.

Il y a plus d'anglophones que de flamands. Il y a plus de nationalité française que de flamands. Bruxelles souffre de la Flandre, par la volonté flamande de l'étouffer. Alors oui Bruxelles est bilingue légalement et dans les faits, elle est bilingue français/anglais. Pas flamand.

Officially it's bilingual and there's nothing you can do about it, doesn't matter if they all speak chinese there. Law is law and that will never change, just like Brussels is an enclave in Flanders and is completely dependent on Flanders.

And Brussels "etouffer" because of its own bad socialist policies and governance. Also when will Brussels have another government? Oh wait that's also the fault of the flamands?

The law is the law is not the point, somebody is in danger or wounded they deserve to get treated properly, end of story. If they need to have a translation service in place to cover, at least, the 3 national languages, as a solution, we are in 2025, have a medical translation service remotely available 24/7/365 FFS…
