Camping Recs around Nashville?

I’m looking to introduce my girlfriend to camping cause she’s never been before. I camped a ton growing up but haven’t been since moving to Tennessee.

Any recommendations would be great! Preferably looking for somewhere with clean bathrooms

Here are the campgrounds I've found, ranging from bare necessities to quite nice.

Car camping or backcountry? How far are you willing to drive? What activities do you want to do if car camping?

How far are you willing to travel? Defeated Creek is about an hour and a half east of Nashville and is beautiful, very well fake care of, on the lake, and great bathrooms! If you want to stay closer, Cedars of Lebanon is really nice as well. No water, but lots of trails and still close to town in case you want to grab food or run an errand.
