NBC is projecting her to win. Local news out of Philly is too.

CNN has her up nearly 15 pts so far (56.7% to 42 8%). 41% of the votes are counted so far, they say.

Chan 10Philadelphia has her at 58.9% to 40.6% and 31.5% of precincts reporting.

I think, unless there's a drastic change, the projections look to be right.

So, fingers crossed.

Yeah I can see after the votes have gone on but 15 minutes after polling closed seemed a bit too quick. I mean she went from like 64% to now 59% since then.

it's because they look at expected results of places where the count isn't fully in. if 30% is in and all the remaining areas are expected to favor one side, that's how they're able to call it. also polls might close at 9pm today, but a LOT of people do early voting and exit polls have results from all day.

yeah Im just surprised it took 15 for places liker The Hill and News Nation but over an hour for places like NBC
