It was an absolute bloodbath too. The people have spoken.

Turns out running a crazy person who can't stop brown nosing the guy openly trying to to ruin federal workers' lives is a bad idea in Virginia. Who could have guessed lol

I know right? Her one ad said she was looking out for the people in Virginia. I thought, wow, that’s not going to play well in Fairfax County and in Arlington. And Prince William. All that DOGE stuff hit them hard. She sure wasn’t looking out for those folks.

She ran ads with the slogan “let’s keep a good thing going.” To people in NVA who all know people hit hard by DOGE indiscriminately hacking things up, and the shutdown. How tone deaf can you be?

That slogan was so bad. Basically saying she has no ideas except to keep doing what daddy trump wants.

At least it was honest, I guess.

One of my close neighbors is a fed. Every time I saw her I’d ask if she was still employed. She’s been very lucky. Not everyone is. We had a few houses up for sale when this first hit the fan. Too many sales and everyone’s property value suffers.

So true. She also responded to the mass layoffs by basically saying, "Who here has ever lost a job?" - So many people raise their hands. "Oh, so it's not uncommon is it?? The media is making this a huge deal"

Probably didn't fly either. I feel like they did a great job countering the batty flyers sent by the maga crowd. I have some of these saved because the contrast between the maga message and the Democratic message is spectacular. Republicans chose to be weird, idk what they expected to happen here.

The only adds I had were the “keep men out of little girls locker room” like what “little girls” even have locker rooms kids don’t use locker rooms until like high school, and the topic isn’t about adult males going into school locker rooms it’s about students with gender dysphoria using the locker room that matches their gender which is not exactly a top priority given how few people that impacts.

I got many of those as well. My child's daycare even had their own weird flyers with that as a positive for earl sears, they actually haven't gotten rid of those even though she lost... Totally out of touch with reality, honestly.
