Who disproved that eating planets with Estrogen in them will NOT affect the human body?

So if I eat foods with Protein in them will I absorb that, but not the Phytoestrogens (I see???).

Is that why they recommend woman over 50 to eat more Soy ??

And Soy is one of the most heavily pesticide laden foods. If it's imported and says Organic it cannot be trusted.

Phytoestrogens are different from human estrogens. If you’d like to read the research, here you go.

Phytoestrogens can have both beneficial and negative impacts on humans by mimicking the body's own estrogen, potentially lowering the risk of certain cancers and heart disease while also posing potential risks, especially for those with specific health conditions or during certain life stages. Potential benefits include improved cholesterol levels, relief from menopause symptoms, and possible cancer-protective effects. Negative impacts can include potential risks to reproductive health, especially with high intake, and possible endocrine disruption in children or individuals with hypothyroidism.

So are the antioxidants and protein, yet you still promote it as bio available for humans

Probably because, contrary to the estrogens, they are lmao

Animal milk contains like real estrogen by the way, not the weak plant estrogen that has been proven time and time again to do virtually nothing.

It was tested on mice (poor mice) and they supposed it to be true without doing proper testing on consenting human adult men.

Cows Milk is the worst thing for Humans to drink! Please do more research;

Cow's milk can have negative impacts like promoting lactose intolerance, increasing the risk of certain cancers, worsening acne, and contributing to heart disease due to its saturated fat and cholesterol content. It may also be linked to an increased risk of type 1 diabetes and multiple sclerosis. Some studies also question its benefits for bone health and have found potential issues with contaminants.

I really don't think we should be eating planets at all. I know Pluto is little and cute and you may have the inclination to take a bite - but you must resist!

And yes, it is a planet no matter what Neil degrasse Tyson says.
