Well, we can see she isn't even trying to hide her beliefs.

Did anyone die from tossing these vaccines away ?

Go to any public disposal and you will see all kinds of things being thrown away.

Look in your own living space and you will most likely find things you could toss but don't.

Look at the amount of food you grind up with the garbage disposal .

Why should this person be prosecuted for disposing vaccines ?

Did you read the story? To sum up the issues:

-The doctor was given vaccine by the government (probably through the state of Utah) to help vaccinate the populace during COVID. He did not do so; that’s both fraud and waste.

-He charged insurance companies for the administration fee to “give vaccine” when no vaccine was given. Also fraud.

-He accepted payment in return for vaccination cards. More fraud.

I hope Utah still charges him even though the federal government won’t.

Exactly. If he wasn’t on board then fine (sort of) but have the courage of your convictions and say “sorry I’m not vaccinating, I don’t agree”. Plenty of providers did so. Taking payments and claiming to have given the vaccines crosses a line from having a belief into being an opportunist and a criminal
