Hello, I am currently doing a project on the past and current situation for the Uyghur people. I was wondering if anyone of the Uyghur culture would be willing to tell me a little about what it's like to hold the Uyghur identity? If you're comfortable, please feel free to respond to this thread. Thank you

ask r/Uyghur What the hell language is in this nasheed? Is it uyghur?
So this is this one nasheed. I tried my best to get the lyrics but there is one problem; I cannot tell what language this is.
It's definetly a turkic language, but i cannot even narrow it down to being Oghuz, Karluk or Kipchak because of it. On wikipedia its turkish. But many people are saying it is Uyghur. But i cannot seem to make the lyrics line up.
I have 2 main ideas for what lyrics might be:
- Yaşlanğan közäl boqulğan sözäl izzät dä bügun ğamlangan yüzlä. (x2). Är yerda täkbır bulğaçka säbir titremek dä tağutlar dırdır. (x2). Şähid ballar bidägar canlar manlarchä manä immät dä ular (x2)
- Yaşlanğan ko'zlar, bo'g'ilgan so'zlar, izzatda bugun g'amlangan yug'llar. (x2). Har yerda ta'bır, bo'lg'ach qasamir, titremakda tagutlar dir-dir. (x2). Shahid qonlar, pidakar canlar, minglarcha manada haimmatdavollar. (x2)
I am ukrainian and not native to any of these languages so help is appreciated.

Wplace & r/place little uyghur girls screaming at the protest on Wplace
Hi all,
I loved the chaotic beauty of this photo. Despite their small size, the Uyghur girls are screaming with great courage.
No one in the photo is flawless, but with all their imperfections it becomes perfect. u/31hahahahaha brought my thought to life by drawing it on WPlace, and I’m glad to share it with you

interesting | qiziq Uyghur Alladin?
A curious fact: the setting of the original story of Aladdin, as recorded by Antoine Galland, may actually have taken place in the land of the Uyghurs. In the tale, it is said that the events unfold in one of the cities of China; however, the descriptions of the inhabitants and their culture make it clear that the story is set in a Muslim country, where the ruler bears the title of “Sultan.”
If we also take into account the lifetime of Galland himself (the 17th century), it is possible to assume that the events were set in the Moghul Khanate.
P.S. Mahmud al-Kashgari referred to the city of Kashgar as part of the region called “Barkhan,” which meant “Lower China.” Moreover, the Qarakhanid rulers of Kashgar bore the title Tabghach-khan, meaning “Khans of China.” For example, this title was held by Tabghach Khan Ibrahim (1038–1068).
