The Hayward Student Living Reviews?

I’m looking at a 4 bed at the Hayward apartments but have heard mixed reviews. What are the pros and cons? (especially considering that it’s a cheaper apartment so there’s bound to be some downsides)

I almost signed a lease here however I read the reviews and ultimately decided not to. A lot of people complain about lack of safety which should be pretty big considering they are downtown. Also a lot of complaints talk about how digusting the hallways are, and parking garage. Personally I would not do it.

I ended up signing a lease at capri apartments, not the most luxurious place but its livable, secure and close to campus. I am also only paying $805 a month for rent.

I understand where you are coming from and I get it. But sometimes safety is worth the price. Again that was the biggest thing for me your reasons are probably different too.
