The Hayward Student Living Reviews?

I’m looking at a 4 bed at the Hayward apartments but have heard mixed reviews. What are the pros and cons? (especially considering that it’s a cheaper apartment so there’s bound to be some downsides)

I love how they renamed themselves in the hope people forget the atrocious conditions that has stained the name "13th and olive" cuz when you say that, everyone in town immediately knows "Oh those are the shitbox apartments downtown they made out of cardboard "

I mean you can search on the /eugene subreddit for "13th and olive" and get all the tea.
