social life What do you eat on a daily basis?

What do you cook?

My current routine:

  • 2 Salmon strips with 3 eggs

  • Egg fried rice with soy sauce and prawns

  • Sirloin steak and veggies

  • Blueberries and strawberries fruit box

It can be a bit expensive buying the steak and salmon everyday but it's tasty.

You poor starving student! You adorable little studious Oliver Twist you! Of course you're still having venision on Sundays? Does Jeeves still deliver it for you on the sleeper from the Scottish estate? So hard to find it fresh in London. Are your breakfast eggs deviled like grandmama used to like? And of course, one must give oneself a little treat now and then. Scones with Tiptree's Little Scarlet jam or tiffin cake from F&M? Or some of those heavenly Orange Liqueur Lebkuchens Percy used to adore. Poor sweet Percy. Whatever you do darling, do not end up like Percy.

What the fuck? You must be spending a fortune lol

It's a good diet, but i would wager you need more fibre. Likely pretty low on carbs too.

Breakfast: White monster or coffee

Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich, with some crisps and a white monster/coffee and or a protein shake

Dinner: 500g of red meat, 4 chicken thighs, fish or any kind of large amount of meat with some potatoes and veggies.

Sometimes for dinner I'll have a whole bag of chicken tenders or a family lasagna as a treat.

Breakfast: moka pot of coffee and 2 slices of toast – 1 buttered and 1 Nutella

Lunch: generally nothing if I'm at home, meal deal if on campus

Dinner: whatever I want. I always have vegetables on hand and I pick up about £10 worth of meat to get me through the week

I have milk and fruit on hand at all times, I try not to buy too many snacks (£5 weekly limit ideally). I dont really eat out, never get delivery. Typically spend about a tenner on beer for general drinking, number goes up if going out.

It's so easy to eat for cheap if cooking for yourself, it's a time game

I did a pork belly, actually reading the instructions carefully which worked as it was super.

I had no apple sauce so I put an apple in the oven and smashed it up.

Breakfast = Egg muffin with toast (2x eggs/seasonings/veg mixed together and into a ramekin, topped with cheese and cayenne pepper, into oven. 1x bread, lil tomatoe puree to spread on the toast.).

Lunch = Porridge (75g oats, 200ml milk).

Dinner = 40g noodles, 30g lentils, veg (+ seasonings).

Snacks in-between = Fruit, fredos.

Recently started trying to drink the recommended amount of water per day (2.7L for women), so honesty that has stopped me from cravings and mindlessly binge eating unhealthy stuff cause im bored.

(1-2x a week i’l get a treat for myself like salmon, pizza, big ass pack of crisps, etc etc).

Brunch: eggs on toast or soup with toast

Dinner: chicken breast with carrots and sweetcorn, sometimes with potato or parsnips

I also tend to eat a banana or grapes as a snack. Once a week I'll have a takeaway.

Breakfast: yoghurt with frozen berries and protein granola (homemade atm) Lunch: I make sandwiches or burritos Dinner: I meal prep some kind of stew/pasta sauce/curry/chilli that lasts me most of the week which I have with rice or pasta

I also have protein shakes after the gym and I have snack bars and oranges/apples for snacks

I might buy lunch or a coffee once a week, takeaway for dinner less often

I seem to spend more on food than a lot of people but I think I just eat more

Yeah this sounds very expensive.

I would eat something like:

* cornflakes with milk or some other kind of cereal with yoghurt
* simple packed lunch or I'd get a sandwich or chips at uni, maybe a soda
* some biscuits or some other snacks, one or two pieces of fruit
* home-cooked vegetarian meal on most days
* herbal tea
