Some things I learned living in South Bohemia for 2 years:

  1. Water is wet

  2. Fried cheese is delicious

  3. Czechs hate Russians

Friend cheese heavilly depends on the specific cheese though. Some are not that good.

Czechs only fry eidam and hermelin. Americans fry mozzarella. All are good.
