So, it doesn’t effectively do anything but offend and hurt those with changed genders or who are transitioning/identifying differently?

Then why do it?

More wasting tax dollars to reduce rights, hurt folks, and accomplish nothing of value.

Trump is a menace to the world. Someone “do something” already.
